Jeremy Rill began his singing career at just five years old when his grandmother had him perform “Over the Rainbow” for anyone who would listen. Since then, he has flourished into an award-winning stage actor and celebrated cabaret artist nationwide. A “powerhouse-voiced” baritone, Jeremy has “set the standard” in productions such as the American premiere of Jerry Springer the Opera (Joseph Jefferson Award) and the acclaimed Passion at Chicago Shakespeare Theater. He has received additional Joseph Jefferson Award nominations for his roles in A Little Night Music (Carl Magnus) and Can-Can (Aristide Forestier). Internationally, he has had the honor of singing Papageno in Die Zauberflöte at the Rome Opera Festival.
In the cabaret world, Jeremy has graced stages at venues like Don’t Tell Mama’s, Club 3160, Voltaire, The Park West, Gentry of Chicago, and Davenport’s.
After relocating to Denver a decade ago, Jeremy has enjoyed immense success on local stages. Some favorite roles include Reverend Shaw Moore in Footloose (Henry Award for Best Actor in a Musical), Bobby in Company at the Aurora Fox, and Billy Bigelow in Carousel with Performance Now. He has also earned additional Henry Award nominations for his performances in A Little Night Music and The Headliners at Cherry Creek Theatre.
